Aufguss Sauna Ceremony

About this event

Experience the magic and renewal of a guided Aufguss Sauna session with Elise Free.

Aufguss is a German word that translates to steam infusion —you may also hear it called pour over . But it’s so much more than that.

It’s a sauna ritual where heat, steam, scent, and movement are orchestrated with precision.

The sauna master leads a session and controls:

• Temperature and timing

• Essential oil infusions

• Movement of heat through the room using towel work

Our Aufguss session combines tradition, ritual, performance, and a bit of theater.

Sessions are enhanced with intentional lighting, storytelling, and choreography, taking you on an emotional and sensory journey.

We can't wait to introduce you to this immersive, aromatic heat experience.

Aufguss experiences are included for our Elemental members and anyone else can join for $55.

Cancellation Policy: All purchases are non-refundable. If you can't attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person or another date (if available). We cannot issue a refund once a spot has been reserved.
