FREE Middle School Football Combine

Find out where you stand. Our free Middle School Football Combine gives athletes real measurements in the key areas of football performance. Each athlete will be tested in four events run by T3 performance coaches, so you leave knowing your numbers and where to focus your training next.

COMBINE TESTING:

• Flying 10. Measures top-end speed over 10 yards with a running start.

• Vertical Jump. Measures lower-body power and explosiveness.

• 5-10-5 Shuttle. Measures change of direction, agility, and body control.

• Broad Jump. Measures horizontal power and force production.
